Our HERSTORY
I Am H.E.R. was first established in 2023 as a podcast, birthed out of a deep spiritual journey and a six-month fast by our founder. During this period of intense prayer and reflection, God revealed a vision to empower and uplift women through His Word, guiding them toward healing, elevation, and restoration in Christ. The podcast became a platform for sharing personal stories, faith-building discussions, and biblical teachings designed to encourage women to embrace their divine purpose.

In 2024, the organization expanded beyond the podcast to become a dynamic community outreach initiative. Recognized around Shreveport for its impactful programs like Bible Study in the Park and other Christian events, I Am H.E.R quickly grew into a sisterhood of women committed to supporting each other in faith and in life. From that foundation, we continue to build a community where women are empowered to grow spiritually, emotionally, and relationally, all while living boldly for Christ.
Who we serve
At I Am H.E.R., we serve young ladies, and women ranging from ages 11 to 45. Our mission is to reach women in various stages of life, empowering them to embrace their worth, grow in faith, and live boldly in Christ. We are passionate about serving diverse communities and cultures, meeting women where they are and offering support, guidance, and resources that address their unique needs. Whether they are navigating adolescence, young adulthood, or the challenges of motherhood and career, we are here to walk alongside each woman, helping her discover her true identity and purpose in Christ.
